I need your suggestions....

So a couple of weeks ago I mentioned that I had to cancel my gym membership. So I am thinking of getting a workout system here at home. I'm thinking something along the lines of videos I can do in my home. I have some weights and bands and stuff, but I need some fun kick my butt type of things. What have you tried that works for you? Thanks!

Have you any exercise equipment? Or room for any? KSL.com has killer sales on the equipment that people bought as a NEW YEARS resolution and now it is being used as a clothes line. Try there. And exercise for me while I can't...LOL

I LOVE the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video (kicks my butt) as well as any of the biggest loser workouts. They are awesome workouts and all that you need are dumbbells usually. Good luck finding something you like! :)
I have an old Kathy Smith video for the stability ball and I really enjoy that one. But who has a vhs player anymore? ;-) I don't do anything too high impact, though. Sometimes you can find a decent workout dvd in Walmart's $1 bin!

I get a big kick out of Richard Simmons (especially since my little guy does, too)! I feel a little goofy doing his dvds but he's just too much fun! I'm also a BIG fan of Ellen Barrett's pilates dvds and, of course, the Biggest Loser workouts (especially the yoga one with Bob and the Last Chance Workout with Jillian).

I like Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It doesn't take too long but boy do you feel it! I've also tried several of "The Firm" workout DVDs and I really like them too - you need some dumbells but they're great.

I agree with Nicole, Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, is a BUTT kicker! I also like Bob's Yoga DVD that I really like.
