I'm not saying I NEVER feel guilty, but I feel it less and less with each week or month.

Now I'm realizing that I'm eating things that I would've felt I HAD to eat before (veggies, etc) because I actually want to.

It's cool...and weird at the same time.

Anyway, kudos to you and the awesomeness that IS you.

((hugs))Happy Fun Pantshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16764438670187538319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576318789655982930.post-81299160732616274172010-10-10T15:03:46.020-06:002010-10-10T15:03:46.020-06:00Good post Sam!

I know when I stopped weighing myself everyday and realized that the scale doesn't define who I am I started feeling better.
Again not knocking WW for weekly weigh in, but I think it did play a lot with my mind and how I felt about myself.julielopez3https://www.blogger.com/profile/03001192432668374241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576318789655982930.post-4051380869716730452010-10-10T03:09:59.807-06:002010-10-10T03:09:59.807-06:00Great post. good for you. :)

Definitely could be hormones though, I hadn't thought of that!!!Samhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13002949544678789625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576318789655982930.post-61604991212944217762010-10-09T22:05:05.844-06:002010-10-09T22:05:05.844-06:00Great Post Sam! I know I always feel I've gained before a drop: nothing fits right and then everything is too loose!
And if my hormones are off--the scale can stay the same but every dang piece of clothing I own won't fit right!GeorgiaBEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04056762229712664891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576318789655982930.post-46526689359959947662010-10-09T21:12:09.501-06:002010-10-09T21:12:09.501-06:00I love this post Sam. What an awesome lesson you ...I love this post Sam. What an awesome lesson you have learned. It really is about seeking health and obedience to God and not about a number on the scale. I know from past experience, that when I focus on the number, I don't maintain my loss.divadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12185277600611550619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576318789655982930.post-91422310748192346442010-10-09T12:23:14.401-06:002010-10-09T12:23:14.401-06:00So many people think that the number on the scale ...So many people think that the number on the scale is what's going to make you happy. Don't get me wrong, if I step on a scale and I'm up a few pounds, I'm certainly not thrilled about it. But learning to separate what I weigh from the life that I live is a true gift.
You are SO getting this intuitive eating lifestyle, Sam. Your relationship with Mike is better, your relationship with food is better, and your mental health is better; and that's better than any number on a scale.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02206154638036351459noreply@blogger.com
